1. Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after payment/advance. 💳
• Tentative bookings without payment are not guaranteed.

2. Passenger Info

• Provide accurate details: name, contact, number of passengers. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
• Inform us of any changes before travel. ✏️

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancel 24+ hrs before pickup → 50% refund 🔄
• Cancel within 24 hrs or no-show → No refund ❌

4. Timings & Punctuality

• Be ready 10 min before pickup ⏰
• Delays due to traffic/weather are not our responsibility 🌧️

5. Conduct & Safety

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal items 🚭🍺
• Follow driver’s instructions for safety 👮‍♂️

6. Liability

• Not responsible for lost/damaged personal items 🎒
• Accidents due to negligence → liability as per law ⚖️

7. Extra Charges

• Additional stops/deviation → extra charges apply 💰
• Waiting charges as per hourly rate ⏳

8. Force Majeure

• Delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders, strikes are beyond our control 🌪️

9. Legal Compliance

• All services follow Andaman & Nicobar Transport Laws 📜
• Guests must cooperate with authorities if needed 👮
