To ensure your safety and compliance with local laws, please follow these traffic rules while riding in the Andaman Islands:

1. Valid Driving License Required
   Riders must carry a valid two-wheeler driving license (Indian or International). 
2. Wear Helmets
   Helmets are mandatory for both rider and pillion (passenger). No helmet, no ride. 
3. Do Not Drink and Drive
   Strictly prohibited. If found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, legal action will be taken.
4. Follow Speed Limits
   Speed limit in city/town areas is generally 40 km/hr. Ride safe, especially on narrow or hilly roads.
5. Obey All Traffic Signals & Signs
   Please follow all road signs, traffic lights, and instructions from traffic police. 
6. No Off-Road Riding
   Scooters are meant for roads only – do not use them on beaches, trekking paths, or restricted forest areas. 
7. Avoid Honking in Silent Zones
   Please respect local rules near hospitals, schools, or natural reserves.
    

1. Minimum Age:
   You must be at least 18 years old to rent and ride a scooty. 
2. Documents Required:
   • Original Driving License (mandatory) 
   • Valid ID Proof (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) 
   • For foreigners: International driving permit or valid home country license accepted 

1. Fuel Policy:
   Scooty will be provided with limited fuel (enough to reach nearest petrol station). You are responsible for refueling. 
2. Rental Duration:
   Rental is charged on a per day basis (24 hours). Late return will attract extra charges. 
3. Security Deposit:
   A refundable deposit (₹500–₹1000) may be required at the time of booking. Refunded upon safe return of vehicle.
4. Damage Policy:
   • Any damage to the vehicle during your rental period must be paid by the renter. 
   • In case of major accident, police complaint and insurance procedure will be followed. 

1. Restricted Areas:
   Riding in tribal or restricted zones (e.g., Jarawa Reserve) is not allowed and strictly punishable. 
2. No Third-Party Rental:
   Do not sub-rent or allow others to ride the scooty without permission. 
3. Punctuality:
   Kindly return the scooty on time to avoid delay charges.
4. Mechanical Issues:
   If the scooty has any issue during the ride, contact our support team immediately. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
